Objectives
The Bluebird campaign brings together all the initiatives that Barclaycard are working on to help improve the customer experience. The monthly programme includes interviews and comments from senior Barclaycard personnel and project managers and aims to explain complex projects in a way that readers will understand. Production lead times are kept as tight as possible so that news reported is seen as timely and of interest to all.
Execution
Bluebird is produced each month. The campaign includes an online discussion forum, email, print newsletter, posters and occasional competitions and incentives.
