GREENE KING BOUNTY PROJECT
DATE: OCTOBER 2009
Objectives
In 2009, Greene King has reviewed it's recruitment process to find new Licensees to run pubs, using their own pubs as a recruitment channel and offering a 'bounty' of £1,000 to pubs displaying the literature.
Execution
The King's Ransom campaign reaches 3 different audiences - Licensees already running a pub, staff at Greene King and members of the public. The key to success of this project is matching back the new recruit with the recruitment channel through which they came. A combination of sequential numbering and website registration enable us to identify the source and allocate the 'bounty' payment when the deal is done.
